Butchart Gardens Thought

Nurit and I went to Butchart Gardens in British Columbia yesterday. It was magnificent. The last time we visited was thirty years ago on our honeymoon. We were charmed by it then, even though it was raining. Napoli, Roma and Umbria 2006

Bracketed around our walking trip with Wayfarers we also visited Napoli (Naples), Roma (Rome) and Umbria. An Italian Country Scene We went to see the Roman town of Spello on a Sunday and, serendipitiously, happened to get there on ascension day.
