Last week in Paso Robles we ate lunch at Thomas Hill Organics. It is a beautiful courtyard restaurant that serves farm fresh organic produce and uses polyester table napkins.  We assumed that the napkins were made from free ranging, gluten free, organic polyester.

There is a business opportunity here for someone who can claim to be making products from “Organic Plastic” while keeping a straight face.
