Minor Variance

Why don’t people trust government bureaucracy? Here is a reason.  They can with a straight face say that it is only a “minor variance” to add a thirty-two foot antenna to a fifty foot building.

I’m in favor of putting up cell antennas but this is not a minor variance that can be snuck through without a public hearing.
