Washington DC

“With mirth and laughter let old wrinkles come.” William Shakespeare This old postcard arrived from Columbus Ohio and since we are going to be in Washington DC I’m hoping to Folger Shakesperian Library and retake the image. We shall see. It appears that the library is closed but we should be able to get near it.

The Road to Hana

I received this postcard from Lilli and Rebecca when they drove to Hana during our December trip to Maui. I supplied the stamps. Words Seldom Seen: Polyamorous

Polyamorous Adjective: To be polyamorous means to have open intimate or romantic relationships with more than one person at a time. Example: “Intimacy and trust are essential to successful polyamorous relationships” Photo is of giant lily pads at the Missouri Botanical Garden. Note the bird. The word polyamorous came up during a grand jury hearing last spring. When I heard it and all of the salacious details I laughed out loud.

Gratitude #4

Focus on what you have rather than what you lack! Photo is water lilies at the Missouri Botanical Garden in St Louis.
