The Rose Garden at Encanto Park in Phoenix is not the Huntington Gardens in Pasadena and we got there after the first bloom. Which because of the heat may be the only bloom in Phoenix. We did catch this beauty. The Phoenix Rose Society maintains the garden which is in a public park. They installed a bench in the shade of a tree, but it hasn’t worked out that well.
Apparently some birds like the shade of the tree also.
