This brilliant idea really need a picture.  But I have to publish it right away so that I can prove it is mine.  Somebody needs to make a Cell Phone cover that looks like a hamburger.  So that when you are using your phone while driving it will look like you are eating a hamburger.  It would also work with a fake tortilla.

Why is it legal to eat while driving and talk to passengers while driving and use a GPS while driving but it is not legal to talk on your phone while driving?
