Well Done

I recently read a biography of Franklin by Walter Isaacson. One of the interesting things he wrote about was how, at times, Franklin has been a central figure in how we think of the revolution and at other times he has been a semi-humorous bit player. It explains why I don’t like to read current events books written by reporters. The facts aren’t all out yet and the story and the emphasis will change.

The photo is in the back garden of our friends in Poulsbo, WA. He spends a lot of time gardening.
