People who go with the flow are more likely to get ahead.
This is certainly true in most employment situations and most groups. A problem is that “the flow” is sometimes not detectable and it might change. But as general advice for someone wanting a safe and secure existence: Go with the flow. This is also good advice for scuba divers.
