At the Torpedo Factory last year we saw Pat Monk the amazing sculpture at work. He welds stainless steel which is a difficult technical feat and his pieces are inspiring.

Thanks to Cindy Packard Richmond for sending me this link to an article about Monk in the Washington Post. If you like sculpture his work is a must see. In my view it is up there with Henry Moore and Andrew Goldsworthy.
