The Indiana and North Carolina primaries are today and again we news junkies are stirred up about the results. The Democrats this year are determined to tear their party apart and dramatically change the political landscape. “Change and Hope” I don’t think so. US politics is by the accident of its design slow to change and never perfect. Roger Simon who writes for Politico.com said in his column yesterday:
“Our process of selecting presidential nominees is brawling, raucous, chaotic, sometimes goofy, sometimes splendid and utterly imperfect. In other words, it is very American.”
www.politico.com is an excellent source of political news and opinion. It is also a good place to post about subjects that interest you.
