Marta J. who last year introduced blog readers to the Red Whiskered Bulbul sent along this interesting mystery photo:

Marta said in her note “I took this photo in another part of the country in 2009. Maybe it was Oklahoma?”  Not much to go on.

I think that it is a truck load of filler nozzles for really large gas pumps.  What is your guess?

By the way the Bulbul pair have been spotted a few times lately in our backyard.  They have a beautiful song.
