The Cereal Boxx is a great idea for a breakfast and lunch place in a college town.

To me cereal is the ultimate comfort food.  I think this idea could make a great franchise.  I had the Oatmeal which was delicious for breakfast and brought home a large bag of their house made granola.  The granola is even more delicious.
