Rights vs Duties

An unfortunate archaic use of trump but an excellent illustration of the upside down moral environment we are living in. Does my right to be left alone to use drugs trump your duty to look out for the welfare of your fellow humans? We all have duties in our society that must be performed by the majority if we are to have any rights.
