The photo is from one of the beautiful gardens in the Tokyo area. Japan is crowded so they use the non commercial space very wisely. It would be possible to just visit gardens in Tokyo for a couple of weeks and not have any repeats.
“Privacy is the new luxury.” could be more crudely stated as “I’ll pay you to leave me alone.”
