“You don’t miss what you don’t hear.”
Eva Gold
The above remark was made by Nurit’s mother when her hearing was failing and she was resisting my attempt to get her to try hearing aids. Now it is my turn. we had our first hearing test and the result was that my hearing is going bad in the high range. So I don’t hear birds or women as well as I used to.
It has bummed me out to be physically aging but as one of my postcard pals said: “Don’t be sad about needing a hearing aid…be happy for living in a time that they exist.”
Photo is of the type of hearing aid I will probably get after a failed attempt to try the Apple Ear Bud 2 plus and some general foot dragging.

be sure to try the hearing aids at Costco. I think there is good as most and a lot less expensive and you can try them for six months for free.
