I don’t think I necessarily agree. We can certainly agree that some things should be illegal – like murder! On top of that, shouldn’t the government ban some activities. For example, smoking creates a huge burden on the public health system. Many people want the choice to smoke, but then they want the public health system to take care of them when develop lung cancer…
