We visited the Tillamook cheese factory and took the obligatory picture, the self guided tour and got the free samples. All of which were great fun. When cheese is made there is lots more whey than curds and we haven’t accounted for it yet. Rebecca suggest that it is used for animal feed which makes sense. It is sold as a dietary supplement but not in volumes greater than cheese.
