Our condo came with an electric toilet. See the top photo. It was a beautiful idea but it was unreliable and unrepairable. We spent a year talking to plumbers about fixing it or replacing it. Many came and scratched their heads billed me for thinking about it and then never came back.
A month ago a friend mentioned Don Jones Plumbing I called Don and they replaced it in a day with a standard Kohler toilet.
