Noun: A mischievous person. Usually a child or a man. Typically used affectionately. Somewhat archaic.

Example: “He was a lovable rascal and managed to stay out of major trouble.”

The Photo was taken at the LA County Arboretum in 2013. It was the most rascally photo I could find without insulting anyone.

Phabulous Phountains of Phoenix #34

On Tatum north of Lincoln in Paradise Valley F.L. Wright designed and supervised the construction of the beautiful Price House. It was built in the early 1950’s as a winter home for the Price family from Oklahoma. They made their money in the oil pipeline business.
