The Right Not to Vote

As American citizens, we have the right to not vote. 

But even if you are totally disgusted with the current crop of candidates you still should vote.  If you don’t vote it can be interpreted as an assent to the status quo, a disavowal of all of the options or as an acknowledgment of a lack of information.  You are not making your intentions clear.  So for clarity if for nothing else exercise the privilege to vote.

Hold your nose and vote for the candidates least contrary to your interests.
