The BCS Football game in January was held in Pasadena and since FSU was playing our good friends Gene and Carole B. came out to stay.  It was great fun.  The weather was unseasonably warm so we often carried water bottles when we went out.  On one of our excursions Gene invented the disposable water flask.

It is a combination of the shape of a hip flask with the convenience of a disposable water bottle.  It will fit comfortably in you back pocket and can be recycled or refilled when you’re done with it.

The picture doesn’t do the idea much justice and there is a reason.  No matter how smart Gene and I are we can’t make any money from this idea, so why bother to put much effort into a really trick demonstration.  The money will be made by the water company who has the courage to tool up to make the bottle and then promote it to gain market share.  If you know someone in the beverage industry show them this idea.  Remember you saw it here first and thank Gene.
