We took Nurit’s folks to Lupitas for dinner tonight. It takes less than two hours and helps us to keep in touch with them, it saves Oma from cooking one night and keeps us talking about all of the little things. If you are helping some older folks manage go to dinner once a week at a casual restaurant. Preferably one that is not to loud because there are often some hearing problems to deal with.

Lupitas is on the north east corner of Sierra Madre Blvd and Colorado in East Pasadena. It is our favorite Mexican Restaurant. I recommend the Huevos Rancheros.
