Everybody has had a dirty fork at a restaurant. It is such a common experience that we have all learned to live with it. But it seems that it could be solved. Maybe the issue is that the dish-washing equipment isn’t very good at washing silverware. This ought to be obvious since the machine is called a “dish washer” not a “dish and silverware washer”. What about making a specialized machine for washing just the cutlery.
I imagine it would look like a little tiny car wash. it could fit easily into even a small kitchen. The forks etc would be pulled in automatically and scrubbed with brushes so that they would actually be clean when they got to your table. As they came out of the machine they would be sanitized and then stacked. All of the best restaurants would have to have one.
You can have this idea. let me know when you make a prototype.
