The teak bench that used to live by the back door moved some time ago to the lawn by the pond. Lillian had suggested that I should build an alcove for it behind the pond. I’d never gotten to it done partly because I was skeptical about how it would look.

As you can see it looks great. And the view from the bench is excellent.

From the bench you can see all of the falls in the stream and even better hear them. Thanks Lillian for the improvement suggestion.
