Paper House

Here is a unique summer vacation destination.  In the 1920’s Mr E F Stenman built this house out of old newspaper as a hobby.  It now a museum and for only two dollars you can tour it this summer.

I got the original information from Josie H a blog reader and postcard pal.  She found the above card and sent it to me.  I just sat on it for a few months and then Googled it.  And surprise the Paper house is still open.  You don’t even have to google here is the link:

The postcard says Pigeon Cove but the address now says Rockport.  Another mystery.  I had written about small museums a few years ago after we toured New England.  Small Museums Link but I missed the Paperhouse. I hope that one of my readers from Massachusetts will take the time to visit this potential gem (only $2.00) and send us a digital photo.
