When I first came to California in 1974 I earned about $1000 a month as the manager of a small factory. The various governments took about 25% of the money. Has the percentage changed?
First it needs to be adjusted for inflation and then compared to an equivalent job. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Simon, the Taxes are about the same. Uncle Sam still takes his 25%
