I’ve been to the Sundial Bridge in Redding CA three times.  This was the first time it was sunny enough to get a good picture.  Here is one of my other attempts.  This is the one I took last month:

It has a glass deck and the shadow of the arm hits a wall and tell the time.

It is supported by cables.

The only problem is that it really is the pedestrian bridge to nowhere across the Sacramento River.
