In the same way that tax breaks are:

“Corporate Welfare.”

Federal aid to The Corporation for Public Broadcasting and NPR is:

“Liberal Welfare.”

It can be argued that the corporate tax breaks benefit the tax payers in lower prices.  Liberal welfare is a transfer of tax money from the working class to the liberal elite with no benefit to the working class.
