Jewish Federation’s next Business Networking Breakfast is scheduled for Thursday, November 4

Jewish Federation is proud to announce that its next Business Networking Breakfast is on Thursday, November 4. Simon Burrow will be the keynote speaker. His topic is “Creating Business Luck, Moving the Odds in your Favor.”

Simon Burrow is a serial entrepreneur. During a 25 year career owning small businesses he started and operated manufacturing companies in four countries. He is a graduate of CSULA with a degree in finance. In 2003 he sold his business and began working for immigrant rights. To further the right to migrate, he has produced a documentary film, created a web site and is now curator of a traveling map exhibit on the US-Mexico border. Additionally Simon is the esteemed librarian at PJTC and is a frequent guest speaker at CSULA, Pomona College USD and other schools where he speaks on entrepreneurship and immigration issues.

The Business Network Breakfast will begin at 7:30am on Thursday, November 4 at Coco’s in Arcadia (1150 West Colorado Blvd.) and costs $15 per person. RSVPs are encouraged so we can get an accurate count of who is planning to attend.

Taking place every other month, participants get a chance to hear from some of our community’s leading business minds. Speakers cover a wide range of topics including our economy and its impact on our local business community, trends within the business world, and much more. It is a great way to start your business day.
