There has been a mystery at the pond for the last few weeks. The Mosquito Fish have been vanishing. In fact they are all gone. There used to be hundreds swimming near the surface. Yesterday I shot this photo of a new visitor.

Now I watch CSI occasionally so I know that we have to finish the investigation before we draw any conclusions. But I also shot a video of the hawk fishing and you can see it on YouTube
