Bromide
Noun: A chemical used as a sedative. Now more commonly used to describe a hackneyed saying meant to placate someone.
Example: “The public relations manager issued the usual bromides about this being a time to come together.”
The photo is of a beaver dam in Acacia National Park. We used Guide Along for the park tour and he directed us to walk a few hundred yards to this beautiful site. I highly recommend Guide Along.
