Craw
Noun: The crop or upper digestive system of an animal or insect. Particularly the area where food is stored before digestion.
Example: The mother dove’s craw was visibly expanded as she began to feed her chicks.
“Stuck in ones craw.” is a now uncommon phrase that means; difficult to accept, utter or believe.
