After the notorious Latte/Laptop incident I had a lot of computer problems.  The people at the Apple store were helpful but they only got me so far.  Then I found Nancy Harvey.  She is an Apple expert, she understands the layers of code and stuff that go into a building and maintaining a web site and she is a really nice person.  She got all of my data restored made the backup system work and found all of the passwords that had vanished in the disaster.
