In society happiness correlates with prosperity. But to work the prosperity has to be earned and it has to feel communal. Last year I wrote about prosperity and I missed the earned and communal factors. I also missed another very important factor: Peace. The longer the peace the more prosperity builds and the greater the happiness in society.
Conservatives focus on the issue of “earned prosperity” and Liberals/progressives focus on the issue of “communal prosperity.” Both are necessary.
