I wonder if there is the potential for a class action suit against Jussie Smollett? The class could be people who wear MAGA hats. Smollett clearly set out to harm the reputations of the class by claiming (probably falsely) that some of them attacked him. Claims could be made that his action made it harder for the MAGAs to find work, partners or receive promotions. You might even be able to find some class members who were denied wedding cakes.
