Last week in the mail I got this half a postcard in a plastic bag with an apology printed on it from the USPS. 
I do accept their apology. I write a lot of postcards and for $1.20 or so they will send one anywhere in the world.All of my correspondents on Postcrossing and my friends list are grateful for this incredible bargain. It is only about $0.35 for a domestic postcard. Most postcards get delivered. Life is good.
