“Age is more than a disability.”

I think this is a platitude. Its opposite would read: “Age is less than a disability.” or “Age is more than an ability.” Neither of which makes any sense. So it probably isn’t a platitude. But lets face it, if managed well, there is a long decline before aging becomes a disability. Eventually it will. Be prepared. Practice the steps. Don’t fight the flow.
