There is a serious drought in California and there is lots of angst, worry and a strong desire to “do something.”
One of the regularly touted ideas for how to save water in the home is to put a bucket in the shower while your waiting for the water to heat up. You can then use the bucket of water on your plants or to flush your toilet. It makes you feel like you are doing something. And therein lies a business opportunity.
How about making a dedicated “shower water recycling device?” This is a working name only. It would be the right size, easy to handle, easy to store and have a name and cachet that said “I care about the environment.” It would have to be plastic for ease, but it could be recycled plastic and made in the USA. Maybe a sponsor?
