I was lucky enough to find and photograph this perfect example early one morning last week.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a class=\"tt-flickr\" href=\"http:\/\/simonburrow.com\/\/photos\/photo\/2075593743\/Mt-Wilson-Toll-Rd.html\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"240\" height=\"180\" border=\"0\" alt=\"Mt Wilson Toll Rd\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/farm3.static.flickr.com\/2137\/2075593743_b7db982392_m.jpg?resize=240%2C180\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>What does it mean?  Does the water bottle have any significance?  Are they violating any ordinances? Is it pornography?
