They have a famous festival that day where they make street art out of flower petals.  It was like the Rose Parade Floats run over in the road.<\/em><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\" style=\"font-style: italic\"><a class=\"tt-flickr\" href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/42316886@N00\/174083945\/\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"240\" height=\"180\" border=\"0\" alt=\"Umbria\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/static.flickr.com\/76\/174083945_c34d2adc2a_m.jpg?resize=240%2C180\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\" style=\"font-style: italic\">Corpus day in Spello<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\" style=\"font-style: italic\">One of the things we saw again on this trip was how religions try to absorb their predecessors.
