These are my list of memorable lines from Neilan’s nihilistic book Apathy<\/a>. It is a short and entertaining view into a mind that I hope is much different than yours.<\/p>\n

Mockery when done without prejudice or discretion can be a form of respect.<\/p>\n

There are no good samaritans in the men\u2019s room.<\/p>\n

You think I\u2019m introspective but I\u2019m really just self-absorbed.<\/p>\n

When something awful and shameful, like locking up the Japanese in WWII can be remembered and acknowledged and atoned for just by slapping up a few statues and plaques everybody wins.<\/p>\n

Fact and reason are nothing against a good slogan.<\/p>\n

No one can argue against a good bumper sticker.<\/p>\n

Two wrongs don\u2019t make a right but sometimes they make a joke.<\/p>\n
