If you want to lose weight you have to be hungry all the time.
August 24, 2020: Goal: No between meal snacks. weight 159. Weight goal 145 at one pound per week. Write daily results.
August 25, 2020: weight 157 Had no between meal snacks. Hike Piestewa with Connie to just above bench. I did eat an entire Reese’s with my lunch. And I closed all three of my rings.
August 26, 2020: Weight 156. It is 9:30am and I’m already hungry for lunch.
August 27, 2020: Weight 156 ate two restaurant meals and a half a large chocolate chip cookie. Wasn’t very hungry
August 28, 2020 weight 157 cookie weight hiked to the petroglyph this am.
