I am writing this when the Senate filibuster rule is again under attack by Republicans to try and get an unconstitutional voting bill passed. The Supreme Court has a conservative majority because the Democrats took away the filibuster for judges in order to get President Obama’s district court judges confirmed. All I’m saying is be careful what you wish for.
