Royals?

I bought this postcard long before Harry and Meghan became Canadians. When I sent it out I wrote that I was envious of their confidence that it would be better to be Canadian than Royal. We shall see.

“It does not matter how slowly you go so long as you do not stop.” Confucius This wise saying on a postcard came to me from San Diego via Postcrossing. It is definitely a platitude but it might also be wrong. For instance if you are in a race slow is bad if you want to win.

Vintage Postcards

I was boating in Chesapeake Bay with Gene B. and in the lovely small town of Havre de Grace we came across a postcard shop. If you want postcards and you are in the Baltimore/Washington area visit Mary L Martin at 230 N Washington St Havre de Grace MD 21078 “Many good ideas come too late.” I bought this Elvis card at Mary’s store in Havre de Grace.
